Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns

  • Return Policy: You may return items within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery for a full refund.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

2. Exchanges

  • Product Exchange: You may exchange items for a different size, colour, or style within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery.
  • Condition of Exchanged Items: Exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging an item unless it's due to an error on our part.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Once theĀ NestCord products are sold they can be exchanged forĀ replacement in aĀ different colour or patternĀ (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). CustomersĀ will be issuedĀ a refund, in case theĀ requested product colourĀ is not in stock. If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for different colour exchange, you may write to us at nestcordindia@gmail.comĀ within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange. Once acknowledged by the NestCord team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. NestCordĀ  will not be responsible for any lost shipment. The cost of return shipping is at the customerā€™s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail..
